Tulle Fabric

Tulle is a sheer, delicate material with a stiff hand. Often used as an underskirt, petticoat, wedding veil, and decorative material,tulle fabric is soft, floaty, and tends to hold its shape. Tulle can be made from silk or, more frequently, nylon, polyester, or rayon fibers. Polyester tulle has the advantage of being inexpensive, which makes it an excellent choice for large-scale decorating.
