This cream cotton broadcloth is a very soft beige with hints of yellow. Its quiet color pairs well with earth tones or with deep blues and reds. It is a versatile material used in clothing, upholstery, and crafts. Kona cotton broadcloth is machine washable, sturdy, and soft. It is a high quality, 100 percent cotton fabric. Originally, broadcloth was made from wool. It played an important role in medieval costume. Broadcloth is densely woven, with a medium drape. This allows it to flow and also to hold a crease. Broadcloth is a dense, high thread count fabric that resists tears, making it well-suited for diverse applications.
