We offer a variety of foam for a wide range of uses from upholstery and mattresses to packaging and soundproofing. Whether your upholstery project is indoors, outdoors, in a car, or in a boat, we have many upholstery foam options to suit your application. For other cushioning options, take a look at our selection of padding and densified polyester cushions.

Upholstery Foam

Upholstery Foam

Upholstery foam is used for couch and armchair cushions, dining room chairs, headboards, ottomans, benches, window seats, and more. We offer high density and medium density foam which correlates to durability rather than firmness. For foam that will get heavy daily use, high density foam is the better choice because it will hold up over time the best. For light or occasional use, medium density foam is sufficient and the more economical option. Upholstery foam is available in many thickness and sizes.

Outdoor & Marine Foam

Outdoor and Marine Foam

Outdoor foam is popular for patio furniture, boat cushions, and even dog beds. It dries very quickly because of its open cell construction which allows water to flow through and moisture to evaporate easily. EZ-Dri Foam has the added benefit of having a fungicidal additive that inhibits mildew and odor. It comes in a variety of sizes with thicknesses ranging from 1 to 6 inches.

Bolster & Wedge Foam

Bolster and Wedge Foam

Bolster foam is used to make decorative bolster pillows for beds, sofas, and window seats. It’s also great for alleviating knee pain when sleeping. Bolster foam is available in 6” and 8” diameters and is easy to cut to length so you can make multiple pillows out of one piece of 54” foam. Wedge foam is perfect for turning any bed into a daybed and for propping up bed pillows for head and back support.

Mattress Foam & Toppers

Mattress Foam and Toppers

Mattress foam is sized to fit twin, queen, or king sized beds. Use thicker foam as inexpensive mattresses for RVs, campers, boats, and beds. The thinner sizes are great for mattress toppers to make your bed more comfortable. We offer mattress foam in medium and high density as well as memory foam toppers. High density foam has greater longevity than medium density so it’s recommended for heavy use.

Rebond Foam

Rebond Foam

Rebond foam is made by bonding and compressing recycled scraps of shredded foam with a liquid polyurethane. It’s a dense, open cell foam that provides a firm, solid support base that holds its shape without sacrificing longevity. It’s commonly used for commercial upholstery, motorcycle and snowmobile seats, bar stools, massage tables, and exercise mats.

Acoustic Foam

Acoustic Foam

Acoustic foam absorbs and dampens sound which is why it’s most commonly used as soundproofing in recording studios. It can also be used for storage cases and for padding delicate items. Flame retardant acoustic foam is available in blade tiles or convoluted egg crate foam. Both styles are designed with a lot of surface area to maximize sound absorption.

Cloth Backed Sew Foam

Cloth Backed Sew Foam

Sew foam has a cloth backing which makes it easy to work with for upholstery projects. This foam is commonly used to make custom automobile, motorcycle, and boat seats, as well as for headliner backings and car door panels. Available in ¼" and ½” thicknesses, this foam can be sewn to the back of fabric or vinyl to create specialty padded designs like pleated upholstery. It’s also used to make costumes and puppets.

Pick & Pluck Foam

Pick and Pluck Foam

Pick & pluck foam is pre-scored into ½” x ½” cubes that can be removed to form the perfect shape for your packaging needs. This foam is used in equipment cases, tool boxes, camera bags, and drawers to secure and protect items. Pick & pluck foam is available in 1” and 2” thicknesses and can also be stacked to custom fit objects of many shapes and sizes.

Egg Crate Foam

Egg Crate Foam

Egg crate foam is used for upholstery, mattress toppers, and to cushion and protect items. Its unique peak and valley design distributes weight, allows for airflow, and can contour better than a flat piece of foam. When used as padding above and below an object, the foam interlocks to secure the item and stop it from sliding around, making it great for packaging and protective cases. We offer two sizes of 1.5” thick convoluted egg crate foam that are easy to cut to the size you need.

Packing Foam

Packing Foam

Use packing foam to protect items when shipping and to create custom cases for equipment and delicate objects. This foam is easy to cut with scissors or a knife to create the shape and size you need. It’s available in 1” and 2” thicknesses and has a density of approximately 1.5 lbs per cubic foot.

Closed Cell Foam

Closed Cell Foam

Closed cell foam is made out of durable poly olefin material that is denser and stiffer than open cell foam but not rigid like Styrofoam. It has a wide variety of uses including auto and marine upholstery, motorcycle seats, table padding, and cosplay costumes. It can also be used between two layers of fabric to add padding to your project. We offer closed cell foam in ¼” and ½” thicknesses.
