Tissue Lame

This metallic/nylon blend fabric is shiny on both sides. Copper Lamé is thin and lightweight. This nearly sheer material is great for many types of costumes! It could be used to make a robot costume, or a ball gown skirt for a princess. It is great for dance costumes which do not require a fabric that stretches, as it hasnt got much give to give!
This novelty fabric requires care so that it does not pull down into the sewing machines feed dogs. It is best to either change your machines plate to a straight stitch plate which has a smaller needle hole, or to place tape in front and back of the regular plates needle hole to make it smaller. We recommend Copper Lamé for people with intermediate and advanced sewing skills.

The maximum continuous length for this product is 50 yards, ordering more than 50 yards will come in more than one piece.
