Rainbow felt is a fade resistant fabric made of 100% recycled polyester. It's lightweight and is mostly used for craft projects like felt flowers and scrap booking. Wool felt is fuzzier than polyester felt. The rayon/wool blend is softer and more durable than rainbow felt, while 100% wool felt is thicker.
