Cotton Lining Fabric

While coats and jackets are frequently lined with Satin or Polyester Lining Fabric, Cotton Lining Fabric is also an excellent choice for many projects. It is washable and practical.

Summer and spring jackets in Cotton or Linen may be lined with cotton material. Cotton is a cool, comfortable fabric; it is very suitable for warm weather wear. Tote bags and purses are also frequently lined with Cotton Fabric.

Solid colors are usually used for linings. Cotton Lining Fabric is available in a variety of solid colors, ranging from light pastels, to dark neutrals, to bright basics like red and green. Cotton Prints may also be used as lining and add a creative touch to a solid color garment.

The fabrics used as Cotton Lining are also used in quilt making. Cotton solids are usually used for quilt backs and borders. Cotton Prints may also be used for borders and quilt backs.
