Terms & Conditions
- All fabrics sold on Online Fabric Store are first quality.
- Important: Please examine material carefully for color, quality, and yardage. No claims will be allowed after material has been cut.
- We will happily order any fabric that you do not see on our website. With one of the largest inventories in the country, it is likely that we already have your fabric in-stock. Please submit a fabric quote or contact us directly.
- On all fabrics, the minimum order is one yard.
- Online Fabric Store does not guarantee dye lot.
- Please be aware that every monitor displays colors differently. Samples can be ordered for clarity.
- Online Fabric Store reserves the right to refuse orders submitted with incomplete information.
- All pricing on Online Fabric Store is valid only on orders placed through the website.
Shipping:
- Orders received before 2:30 pm EST will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm EST will ship the following business day.
Money Back Guarantee:
- Your satisfaction is important to us and we realize that there may be circumstances in which you need to return an item. While cut fabric is essentially a custom product and a challenge to guarantee, we do provide any customer who is dissatisfied with a purchase a refund or store credit on fabric cuts of two (2) yards or more.
- All returned items must be in original, unflawed condition, unmarked and uncut by the purchaser, and must be received within 30 days of date of shipment.
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Unless we are in error, we do not refund shipping costs.
- Items returned to us in non-salable condition will be returned to sender, and no refund will be given.
