I have two round pillow covers that were crocheted by my grandmother. After many many years, I need to get new round pillow forms. Not easy to find, I have to say.

It was the only place I could find this size of seat cushion. I'll make my own cover.

I want to make a 12"diam round deco pillow with a boxed edge. Will this work, or do I need a boxed edge insert?

BEST ANSWER: Best answer I can give is go to utube and watch the video on how to make a boxed edge which will not work on a round pillow however you can view video's on how to make a boxed edge on a square pillow. You can however make an edge by cutting a 2 strips of fabric each being 2 1/2 x 13" fold over one edge 1/4" and hem do this to both pieces then install a zipper in the middle of the strips. after that sew up the remaining open seams then sew on side to the round top and the other to the round bottom (being sure to leave the zipper open so you can turn it right side out. Also be sure to use 1/4" seam allowance. You can also just cut a strip 2.5" x 13 and sew one side to the top round the other to the bottom round leaving a 4" opening for turning right side out. Enjoy your project
