I this type of material rigid enough to use in large picture frames? Or is it so malleable creases may appear?
BEST ANSWER: No, it is flexible, not meant for any sort of rigid use . You would need a thin sheet of plexiglass (if you'd rather not use real glass) for a large picture frame. I suppose you could try stretching it onto an inner frame like you would stretch a canvas to paint on, but even then, I doubt it would look good.

How much would u suggest for a asile runner for wedding., would you recommend this?
BEST ANSWER: Vinyl runners for walking on have little pointy grppers underneath. Slick vinyl like this will slide easily and people will slip and fall. Look online for "vinyl runners". You might alos be able to buy it by the foot or yard at some places, where they have a big rolll, to cut from. I think Home Depot or Lowes had in the past, not sure if they still do. It is alos called "carpet protecter" vinyl.

BEST ANSWER: This gauge of clear vinyl can easily be cut with scissors.
How can I attach this to wooden pergola? Can I just nail it down?
BEST ANSWER: If you wanted to nail it down, it would work better to lay a strip of wood (like 3/4" to 1" wide) over the edge to help hold it, but I think it might still tear at the nails of a good wind came along. If I HAD ti use this to cover a pergola, I'd proabably try sewing a durable outdoor fabric around the edges as a frame, then put wood strips over the edges of both fabric and plastic and nail down. Wind is your main enemy, along with heavy blowing rain, and wind driven sleet or hail.
Is the 20 gauge clear vinyl also transparent?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this vinyl is transparent.
what is the best tool to cut the vinyl with?
BEST ANSWER: For this 20 gauge vinyl, a sturdy pair of scissors would work just fine!

BEST ANSWER: The 20 gauge worked well for me for my patio - easy to roll up when I didn’t want it but strong enough to block the wind. The only trouble I had was that it can get brittle when it’s very cold (below zero), but that’s to be expected with vinyl and plastic.

I want to have a slipcover made for a large parrot cage. The front and side panels must be zippered so they can be lowered when my parrot is eating fruit (and flining fruit juice in every direction) and folded up when he is finished. Which gauge of vinyl do you recommend? It must be possible to sew through a double thickness with an upholsterer’s sewing machine but flexible enough to lift and lower the front and side panels daily.
BEST ANSWER: I would use 20 gauge or less (I am leaning towards less - like 8 or 10 gauge). We recommend ordering a sample to be sure that it will work for your project.

how wide is the 20 ga,?
BEST ANSWER: The site says 54" wide and that is my recollection when I used it last. It was perfect for my use in window well covers and it has held up well for about a year in the weather. I would buy it again when I have need.
Can I use it for picture frame ?
BEST ANSWER: if you mean for the frame part, no. It's too flexible. If you mean to use in place of glass I don't think it would work because the image would not be very clear. You can see through it, but not as clear as glass. Hope this helps.
I am now a loyal repeat customer
What a great product! We had purchased an oversized poster and built a custom frame for it. We were not able to find glass or plex to protect it. The fabric was just the trick, it looks great and I will be ordering more for other photos / posters. Our friends love it too, so we are happily referring them to you.. Thank you so much!

Extremely tough vinyl
Used to cover deck, secured with Gorilla tape. Been down one year, endured temps from -5 degrees (with 18" snow-ice) to 103 degrees (direct sunlight-summer heat), moderate foot traffic. No discoloration, cracking or buckling. Shows no sign of wear and tear. Well worth the price.
