BEST ANSWER: Heat sealing it or sewing it shut should work.
is 800 denier polypropylene similar to nylon? I want to use it for a dog bed.

BEST ANSWER: These bags are not tightly woven therefore I don't think the would stand up to every day use of a dog.
Will these bags hold 3/4" gravel?
