Will this bond marine vinyl together?

need adhesive spray to attach anti-skip fabric/tape to the bottom of doggie booties which spray is safe for animal and will not be toxic for such use given when wet the material will be on the bottom of their paws?

Can you use this product to build things out of cardboard, to make the item stronger?

BEST ANSWER: You could use this to build things out of cardboard, however for joining things like corners you may need to find a sturdier solution. This product on its own will not make items stronger.
