is it suitable for placemats ?
A shopper on Jul 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I make sun hats from this canvas and I love working with it, however, I tell my customers not to put in washing machine as I fear shrinking and/or twisting. I do NOT know if this would be the case just an opinion based on washing canvas totes. With that said, no doubt a placemat would be sturdy. My experience sewing with this fabric is the color tends to rub off onto my fingertips, so I only pair with like colors.
What canvas is good to make feathered pillow?
A shopper on Feb 23, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This canvas would work, but no matter what, you'll either want to get a featherproof ticking fabric (see below) to enclose the feathers inside the pillow or get a pillow form that already has featherproof fabric. Otherwise, the feathers would poke through.

Down pillow forms:
Bleached Featherproof Ticking Fabric

ACA Blue Ticking Fabric

BEST ANSWER: This canvas is not waterproof.

BEST ANSWER: Prices are listed in US dollars. However you can change the country during the checkout process and it will display it in Canadian dollars.
