BEST ANSWER: Yes, this fabric is 4 way stretch.

What fabric do you highly recommwnd for activewear?
BEST ANSWER: Either this 9 oz. poly spandex or the 6 oz. poly spandex is best for active wear.
Can it be used for an outdoor pillow?
BEST ANSWER: We wouldn't suggest it be used outdoors. We recommend Waverly Sun N Shade or Sunbrella for outdoor use.
