Does this have a shiny satin like finish?
BEST ANSWER: Yes it does! Not super shiny, but more glossy I'd say It is like satin. It's a nice thick fabric too.

Would this fabric be good to use as an inner lining for a Roman shade to blackout a room?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, it would be great if the decorative fabric is primarily dark. If the decorative fabric is lighter, you may want to consider using a white or ivory lining.
