Why did you choose this?
OnlineFabricStore Store
I chose this because I wanted something that would darken the room when the shades is lowered.

For large windows in a bedroom. The house is 116 years old and one can only assume there are drafts!

Hopefully this lining will help keep out coldness in the winter and not look so obvious during late night sewing sessions

Love the feel and drape of this lining. It has a slight stretch to it making squaring it up tricky. Even though the cutting and alignment slows me down, I am continuing to use it for the quality. Used with Richloom Gloria Jubilee, a stunning linen blend!

can this be used as white curtains?
A shopper on Feb 22, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I suppose it could. It's much like the blackout curtains that are unlined and bought in the stores. It has a soft hand and it very flowy. It wouldn't need lining except to give it a finished look. It also depends on the type of finish you want at the top because it does not crease well so therefore making pleats or something like that would not turn out well. But overall I would say yes.
I'm looking for a room darkening liner that is also water resistant. Would this work for me?
Lori A on Jul 26, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I believe this would work. It’s definetly room darkening. I don’t know if it is water resistant
Can you see light through it at all?
A shopper on Oct 18, 2017
BEST ANSWER: It is room darkening up to 95%, but is not blackout.
are any white blackout liner mat3rial not made in China?

Best flexible blackout
I love this blackout because it drapes well. It is perfect for softer fabrics and flowy fabrics or if you are making valances with soft folds. Its also nice and thick so it adds some heft to very thin fabrics.
