Regular maintenance of your Phifertex fabric will ensure an extended life of the fabric. It is recommended to clean the fabric once or twice yearly for moderate use, or more for heavy-use applications.

Why did you choose this?
Can I sew this material for replacement backs and seats for outdoor chairs? Will it work on a standard sewing machine or do I need to hand sew?
BEST ANSWER: I sew this frabic easily with both my Brother embroidery machine and a heavy duty home Singer machine. I do use a denim needle though because that is what my pattern said. I have never had any problems whatsoever.
Can glue be used to attach fabric to outdoor furniture? If so, which glue?
BEST ANSWER: I have only sewn this fabric. it does stretch just a bit so not sure gluing would be a good option,
What is the best paint that can be used on this fabric? I want to add a logo onto the fabric for the dog beds that I am making. But am not sure what the best paint option would be.
BEST ANSWER: Paint formulated for fabric would probably be best.
I want to use the fabric for RV windows while parked.. Can one see thru the fabric from the inside?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can see through it, though not nearly as well as a screen.
