Why did you choose this?
I have LOVED this fabric for about 2 years. RECENTLY spent 2 days downloading fabric images to use for pretty design that will appeal to the masses when selling my home but didn't see this and now iit reared it's gorgeous head & opened old cravings. Is this too trendy or "in your face" thereby distracting from room. I need elegant/casual yet sophisticated, farmhouse that's turned a bit whimsical vs eclectic so trying to concentrate on what is appealing...not what I LIKE Sounds nuts but now fact Would appreciate any suggestions on using this fabric, combined with another. for a more classic, elegant look?. Need to sell this BIG HOUSE FOR TOP $$$.
BEST ANSWER: It could work for the way you describe your house. It would provide a bit of whimsy. It's not formal, but could be elegant depending on what it is used for and what else is around it. I wouldn't use large amounts of it, like for curtains, but as a couple throw pillows or other accents, it could work.
Are the stripes are they vertical or horizontal?
fabric color is perfect, but is not as thick as i would have liked. For the price though, it's great.
