Is this color close. To a Christmas green?
A shopper on Oct 5, 2017
BEST ANSWER: We suggest mixing this dark green and emerald green. To get the right ratio, you can test it by dipping a white paper towel in the dye bath. Add more of one or the other color until it's what you want.

Can the dye be sprayed onto outdoor lawn furniture cushions?
A shopper on Dec 19, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Rit dye needs hot water to be effective, and it should also be rinsed after dyeing, especially if it will be sat on. Unless you can take the covers off to dye them, Rit dye would not be suitable. Also, many outdoor fabrics are made out of synthetic material and this Rit dye won't work on polyester, acrylic, etc. However, it will work on nylon.

Update: We now carry Rit DyeMore, which works on polyester and other synthetic fibers. Find it in the Rit dye section: www.onlinefabricstore.net/brand-rit.aspx?product=fabric-dyes
