White Flannel Backed Vinyl
Maximum Continuous Length: Approximately 30 Yards,
when ordering more than 30 Yards please note it may come in more than one piece.
Solid colors are always a safe choice. There is nothing more versatile than this all white tablecloth fabric. Used alone as a table covering, your colored dishware will pop against the solid white. You can be as creative as you like and trim all white chair seat covers with a check or floral. White kitchen curtains banded with the blue and white check tablecloth fabric creates a crisp and clean look. And the best news is, you do not have to be afraid to use white - wipe spills away or throw it in the washing machine and allow it to air dry.

Why did you choose this?
What is the vinyl gauge and the flannel thickness?
I am making a banner for a charity walk. Can this be used? Need about 7 feet,
BEST ANSWER: This fabric is not normally used for banners. Please let us know how you are planning to make the banner and any other requirements needed so we can point you in the right direction. For example, will it be painted on or sewn on?
Can this material be used as a table cloth and does it absorb and stain from spills?
BEST ANSWER: This fabric is excellent for use as a table cloth. It will not absorb any liquid on the forward facing vinyl side but the flannel-backed side may if exposed to a liquid. We cannot guarantee that it will not stain, so it's best to wipe anything up as soon as you see it!
Looking to use this for a skirting for a parade float. Would this work?
BEST ANSWER: It would probably work fine, but this vinyl would be a more durable option:
Is this fabric watertight and will it last outside in the weather and temperature changes? I am looking to make a cover for a small boat stored outside.
Can this fabric be used to reupholster
BEST ANSWER: We washed the fabric and it will come apart after about 4 washings. It may not be strong enough for dining chairs if they have a lot of wear, especially if children and involved.
Can this be used to make washable.pee pads for dogs?
BEST ANSWER: I would say yes it is washable. I will pick a darker color. We use this for a table cover, and we white it with a wet Clough daily. The white one we have has a few stains from wine etc... I don't think it will be a problem in a darker color. the problem I see using it for a dog pad is that you would have to wash it constantly for it not to smell (the bottom will absorb the liquid).
Could this be used to reupholster dining room chairs?
BEST ANSWER: I doubt it. It is not strong enough. There is good plastic upholstery fabric out there that will work better.
I would like to use on camper cushions under covers for spills that may happen would this be appropriate material?
BEST ANSWER: Look for a flannel-backed vinyl that is patterned. Make your cushions from that -- wipe with a damp cloth if spills happen. You won't need to make separate covers and you can buy enough vinyl to use for a tablecloth - just cut to size. Make generous seam allowances on the cushions and use a very long stitch on your machine to avoid splitting. Vinyl needs to breath along the seams if a person sits suddenly. Use foam inserts too.
Can I sew the edges and encase elastic in this vinyl?
BEST ANSWER: Yes you can. Keep in mind because it's vinyl, it will be more stiff rather than a stretch fabric but it will still work with elastic.
I have two questions..can I use this fabric to make a shower cap and secondly do you deliver to Nigeria?y
BEST ANSWER: While we haven't tested it out ourselves, we have heard of people using this fabric for shower caps.
We ship all over the world, but I don't see Nigeria on the list of countries to select from when checking out. We suggest contacting our customer service when ordering to see if that's possible. Contact our customer service at either email@example.com or 877-781-2967 Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST.
How thick is this vinyl will it tear easily or is it thick????
BEST ANSWER: This flannel backed vinyl is used for things such as tablecloths. It is not as durable an an upholstery grade vinyl. We recommend ordering a sample to be sure that it will work for your project.
I am looking for a fabric to make curtains for my patio, they will be under roof but will get the afternoon sun and may get the splash rain. The purpose is to cover the bright of the sun but not the light. I like curtains that I can tide to the columns and not the big shades that you just pull down. Is this a good fabric for this? I also was thinking about linen but I am not sure.
I am trying to find some type of fabric to make none for a little handicapped girl (3 years old) confined to a wheelchair. The problem with most bibs is that her little chest stays wet as she drools constantly. Do you think this would work? Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you. Sincerely, Mary James
BEST ANSWER: We're working on getting an answer from our vendor but in the meantime we'll provide what we think the best answer is: You could use this as a backing to prevent any drool from penetrating the bib, or you could make it so that the vinyl side faces up. This fabric may not be considered 'food safe' as it has a Prop. 65 warning, however it would be fine for use as a bib where anything that falls on it would just be wiped clean after.
does this fray when cut?
BEST ANSWER: No, it doesn't fray.
Can this be used in costuming?
BEST ANSWER: This material isn't typically used for costuming or apparel. But if you can think of a way, we don't see why not.
I'm trying to make couch covers that will be water proof and a have a quilted topside. Will this fabric work?
BEST ANSWER: We don't recommend this fabric be used for upholstery.
How much does 1 30 yard roll weigh?
BEST ANSWER: About 15 lbs.
Do you have other plain colors for this product. I am looking for light brown in 2 different shades about 40 yards each?
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, we don't carry this fabric in a brown color.
I am looking for 72” flannel back vinyl. Do you carry that width? If not can you guide me to a sight that does?
Looking to make a play mat. Would like something comfortable to sit on, but a material that can be wiped down. Would like it to be thin enough to fold up and carry along. Do you suggest a certain type of vinyl material? And can you sew this type easily?

Not just a tablecloth!
Nice quality flannel backed white vinyl. Not flimsy. I’m using it as a quilting design wall. Works well.

It came on a tube which I will use to store the table cloth pad. It works well and has a nice flannel backing to slide over the table.
