You have to do it. I am glad I sew, and I am glad I can fix things and make things, so even expensive fabric is worth the price. Decorators will have to pass the costs increase on to their clients and that will a tough one. Thank you for continuing to provide a way for the public to have access to fine and special fabrics, and you needn’t make excuses for the cost increase. Frankly, it is a miracle that you have been able to keep the cost down for as long as you did.
