Will this work for making a mattress for a camper?
BEST ANSWER: I used this for a bench seat I made. I wouldn’t recommend this for a mattress. I would go for a thicker width.
I am wanting to make a long bay window seat that will rarely get sat on. Will this work or do I need a more dense foam? Also, my area is 2" x 13" x 120". Can I finagle this to work (cut off some of the 18" and piece them on the ends) if I'm planning to cover it with fabric anyway?
BEST ANSWER: I have used this foam for bench cushions and chair cushions. It should be dense enough for your project. And you can definitely piece it together. I’d piece it, then cover the whole cushion in fleece before you cover it with your fabric. The fleece softens the edges of the cushion and hides the pieced areas. Good luck with your project
Would this foam work for barstool cushions?
BEST ANSWER: Yes....it will have to be cut to fit....but I used it for a cushion in the chair I use at my sewing machine. I would measure the 2' added to the stool to see if it would make it too high.....1" might work better if you don't need the height.

Is this product washable?
BEST ANSWER: Depends on the shape of your cushion, if you try to wash your cushion in a regular washing machine, it can get distorted. I would take the cover off of hte cushion, wash the cover and wash the cushion outside with a hose and detergent. then air dry it. the Dri- foam might be a better option for you instead. I have used both.

Great product great price
I did a lot of shopping around for foam and this was by far the best deal. Due to the 18" width, I had very little waste. I used it to make barstool seats. Very comfortable and excellent recovery.

Never used this foam before, so I had "qualms" about it! But, it cut easily and worked perfectly for my window benches which were `126' and 123' respectively.
