Why did you choose this?
I can't tell from the photos - is this material high pile like sheep skin (which is what I'm looking for) or low pile?
BEST ANSWER: It is a standard fleece, we recommend ordering a sample to be sure that it will work for your project.
Would this work for making black belts for kids? I need some inexpensive black fabric that won’t fray, so all I have to do it cut the belts.
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this won't fray so you can just cut it and be done!
can this be used for covering seat and arms on wheel chairs?
BEST ANSWER: You could, but 300 Wt. Zirotek fleece is a more durable option.
I want to try to make some felt western hats ,as a hobby,would you tell me what kind of felt sheets i need to learn on to make a decent hat out of?
BEST ANSWER: Premium felt would be best, but it may not have the support needed by itself for a hat. You may need an additional stabilizer.
Is this fabric flammable?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, polyester is flammable. This fabric does not have any FR treatments.
Dose it stretch?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, fleece stretches. It stretches significantly more in on direction than the other so it is important to test it before deciding which way to cut it. I made pants with this fabric. I cut the fabric so that the width was more stretchy then the length of the pants.
Is this anti pill fleece?
BEST ANSWER: Yes, this is anti-pill on one side.
