BEST ANSWER: It probably would be. It's waterproof and durable. Good luck.
Would this fabric be appropriate for a swimwear cover-up? Would it cling to your body form when wet? What is the minimum yardage you can order?
BEST ANSWER: No, I don't think it would be comfortable against the skin and yes, it would cling. it is wateproof, so it acts like a very thin vinyl. I used it to sew bike packs.
can this be used as a kayak cover when storing a kayak?
BEST ANSWER: I think this would make a nice cover for a kayak cover. Maybe use 1/8 elastic cord around the perimeter of the cover to hold it in place.
I need a lightweight waterproof fabric to repair and outdoor glider cover. It needs to be durable enough to withstand temps up to 120F, dust storms and rain. Will this fabric work?
BEST ANSWER: I would use this or Oxford nylon. We recommend ordering a sample to be sure that it will work for your project.

BEST ANSWER: No, maybe a inner linning I wouldn't use this it's to thin for the main structure .
I want a fabric that can be used to make covers for tubes to float on the river. Does this fabric have have a lot of stretch to it? Would this work ?
BEST ANSWER: We do not recommend this fabric. It has no stretch. You may want to consider neoprene.
Is this fabric suitable for seat covers in trucks?
BEST ANSWER: This fabric is too lightweight for this application.
Could it be used for tents? Or is that considered long term use?
BEST ANSWER: It's hard to say. If you're only using a tent occasionally for a night or two, it should be fine. It's not meant to withstand days on end of outdoor use.
Can this fabric be used to make a women's jacket?
BEST ANSWER: It could be, depending on what sort of jacket you want to make. We recommend ordering a sample to be sure it's what you're looking for.
want to make dust cover for boat that is stored inside closed boat house will this fabric work?
BEST ANSWER: It would, please keep in mind this fabric is only 59" wide.
will this product work as a patch on inflatable boats. I want to add a skid patch on both sides of pontoon bottom ?

I bought this to use as the bottom of a backpack I was making since it's water resistance and tear resistant. Turned out really well. Did the job I wanted it to do. Looks really good.

Nice thick fabric that doesn't fray at all.
It is a little hard to sew because it is so dense, but is great fabric.

Very strong material fairly easy to work with. This was my first major sewing project in over 30 years so very happy.
