how do you measure how wide piping cord is I want to use thick piping on bottom of duvet cover?
A shopper on Sep 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This piping cord is 3/8" wide (diameter). You'd probably want it at least this thick, maybe more. You can find all the sizes here: www.onlinefabricstore.net/product-group-piping-and-cording.aspx?product=piping-cord
piping is for a wing back chair. what size should I use?
A shopper on Mar 6, 2017
BEST ANSWER: This is actually much bigger than what I have used or seen for piping on Slipcovers or upholstery. I should not have gone by this response. Feeling frustrated...must do a return and am ready to sew.
What is the best thread to use on this cording ?
A shopper on Nov 1, 2016
BEST ANSWER: If you're using this for upholstery than upholstery thread would be best because it's strong and long lasting.
